Known only under the name The White Vale, this secret branch of the government is meant to hide any knowledge on, and take down anyone who is looking for, the Time Elementals. They have been organized for years, and not many know about them. Run by Avicce Northwoods, their goal right now is to retrieve the Time Elemental known as Tea, before He gets too chaotic and destroys everything in every universe!
