The "Veil", a new, mysterious, and seemingly infinite source of power has been released. Spellslingers have been lured to it as children are lured to candy... all the while never fully understanding it. It's used them to grow stronger. Now, it has spread... poured out into the world with its ancient bonds shattered. It needs an army... and so it begins.
