The Xanadu Lots

This is where the lower working class of Xanadu finds its home. A collection of makeshift houses, lean-tos, and shanties makes up the homes for the majority of the peasant class that lives and works in Xanadu’s walls. The law exists only when it needs to in The Lots, and it’s rumored at night a different set of shops and stores that sell wares you couldn’t find in the legal markets within Xanadu open their doors to the more disconcerting buyer.
