wandering through the feywild

On this new world the sylph found themselves at the mercy of a titanic forest that spanned the entire surface of the globe. Within this mighty wood were arch trees so tall their canopies had separate ecosystems and whos tops could never be reached by mortal hands. The lands were teeming with life unlike any witnessed. Gigantic, majestic animals each the prime example of their kind walked the forest floor and across emerald plains. Vast gulfs of tall grass that, on any other world would simply be small clearings, are like endless seas of green.
And at its center standing taller and even more splendorous than the other woods is the everglade. A forest of beauty like no other. It was here that the sylph made their home. Shaping the wood into a city that outshone the capital cities of their former homewold, the sylph declared themselves the guardians of this new world, vowing to protect it from any who would threaten it as to not repeat the destruction of their home.
