Raven Queen's Forest
Rustle has been wandering in the frozen forest surrounding The Raven Queen’s fortress Letherna in the Shadowfell
The Raven Queen informs Rustle that she is the maiden of life and death, should he choose, he may serve her, harvesting souls and memories at her commandment. In return, he will be allowed to be reborn into the material plane and will be rewarded with her blessings
Once he agrees, she informs him that it is time for his first assignment: there is one desecrating her temple with his defial of her will & he is tasked with delivering his soul to her
