Noakdale Quagmire
A large patch of swampland in the northeast of Eutralia. This land is home to many orcs and tieflings--the orcs fare quite well in the rest of Eutralia, but the tieflings are not so lucky. Many orcs live here in small towns or nomadic groups, and have fairly warm relations with each other. Most Noakdalian cities have institutions of higher education all run by orcs.
Most of the tieflings who live here are lone hermits, scattered across the region--the very outskirts of society, far safer than the cities full of people who look upon them with hatred. Noakdale is considered the safest place in Eutralia for tieflings. Unfortunately, many of them do not complete their journey there.
