James Magnus Manor
James Magnus was a terrible man. Evil, greedy and cruel to those around him. After a life spent in the service of the black arts of torture and dark magic, he returned to his rural home Hampton County and purchased a large lot of land. For more than a decade thereafter he was locally famous as a villain and the terror of trespassers, neighboring landowners and those who had to do business with him. He killed his wife and himself in a murder-suicide about a dozen years ago, and dark rumors have lingered since
