FANTASY FESTIVAL (happy)
Many colored lanterns wash the grass with a rainbow of light as the party passes through the town gates. A child rushes past with streamers flowing behind her and another girl is smiling wildly following close behind with a sword. Every shop in town has a tent set up to display thier wares, even the bored teen from the tavern looks not-totally-miserable. The air is thick with the smell of fresh mead, food, and perfumes as the party makes thier way deeper to the town heart. Anvils cry, dogs bark with playing children, and happily drunk common folk laugh at indecipherable jokes as the party looks around and decides to take a well earned break from questing and enjoy The Festival.
