Echo Bay
Echo Bay is a catchall term for the various seaside communities on the east coast of Eutralia. Echo Bay is one of the poorest regions of the land, and one of the most mysterious. The government representative, Octavia, is a kalashtar occultic who is very powerful but rumored to be going out of her mind. Since her position is an inherited one, no one can legally depose her... but they can try. In the water across from the bay sits a large dormant volcano, Mount Thunder. Its unpredictable nature is a fair metaphor for the discontent brewing among the people of Echo Bay.
