Courtroom
The sounds of a courtroom, a library, or another place where people are gathered and trying to be quiet. There are no modern sounds so this is appropriate for use in historical or fantasy settings. I pair it with the sound of a fire and a bit more low talking to complete the atmosphere. The gavel sound is muted so you can simply un-mute it briefly when you want the judge to bang his gavel.
