After the war one of the most unlikely places, a caverneous underground system created by alien bombardement, gives home to a few remaining citizens. River's End - where two rivers meet their downfall in unmeasured depths, where odd people dwell, rats prosper and secrets lurk in the dark. The water is everywhere, sometimes it even works some creaky lifts and other makeshift machines or old generators at the market - and today, today is a day for making a fortune on the market, because loot was rich in the old ruins above.
