Alpine Hills
Luxury living for the elites of Xanadu, this structure has been rebuilt and renovated by the Wardens of Xanadu as one of the strangest places in the wastelands: a building which can make it snow inside. Occasionally, when the machines are coaxed to work and the engineers work through the night, the massive sloped structure here can create an internalized snowfall and allow those with money to burn to enjoy an artificial snow day. Those with ties to the Xanadu elite are sometimes given living quarters here as a means to amaze and wow prospective visitors to the great settlement.
